If I found it on the street/sidewalk/parking lot I might hang around for a half hour and if no one comes by looking for their lost bag of money, I'd take it home and set it aside for 30 days. If I found it outside a bank and the alarms are going off and the police are approaching, I'd wave my hands up in the air and tell them that I found the loot, right here.
