Look at the lots on Boudreau Circle and Janesy Court in Marsh Bend. Do you think those homeowners were told there would be a walking/biking path right behind their lots? Since one of those houses without a pool is now selling for $1.1M, the path doesn't appear to have hurt the value of the homes.
It wasn't an article. It was just a photo in an advertisement for lots in Citrus Grove. Maybe a realtor can help you. Other people have recommended Beth Pope. I have never met her, but our friends said they used her to help sell their house and were very pleased,
When we were down there on Sunday, we took pictures where it appears a path may be built. Maybe my wife can post them here. She knows more about the computer than I do.
