All I can say, GG, is that I could have made a running scathing critique of what the OP posted---no triage line, billing clerks that are "untrained", "storming out" with a full thickness ACL tear, and of course lawyer hunting. At least 3/4 of it did not pass the smell test. But sometimes it isn't worth tilting at windmills.
