Hello, I wanted to clear some of this up. I’m sorry if you felt mistreated. Our customers are our first priority. Jim Rice had passed away at the age of 54. He did his very best to help this customer. This customer was riding around on flat tires long before he brought the cart in for service. This is considered wear and tear. He did his best to help him understand, but as I recall the customer was very Belligerent. Jim was not the one using bad language, it was this customer.
We do everything we can to help, but we will not take abuse from a customer.
I am doing my best to keep Atomic running smoothly, after losing my beautiful husband of 25 years. And when I read false accusations it breaks my heart.
