And there is another reason to pass someone going 20, and that is that while they may be just hitting 20 on a straightaway, they might be slowing to 8 on every curve, every tunnel, every time another vehicle is coming in the opposite lane. Don't tell me that doesn't happen, because it most certainly does. If I'm going 5 or 6 miles, I definitely do not want to be behind that bozo.

Basically, YOU don't get to dictate what anyone else does
