the laws you choose to break or bend are laws that are OK to break or bend by a tiny little bit, however, if it's a law you've decided not to break or bend, then it is a sacred law, and that little bit of leeway you allow yourself in one circumstance, shouldn't be allowed to another person in a different circumstance. And you describe others as "entitled".

Cars are designed to safely exceed the speed limit. Hit a curb going 25mph in a car won't kill you. Hit a curb going 25mph in a golf cart and see what happens. There is a reason why golf carts are limited to 20mph. Even 20mph is probably too fast for safe sensible driving.
