I’m from Jersey. I don’t recall passing anyone in our Cart. Trust me, the Cart is capable of easily doing so but I’m usually the new improved version of the NJ version. I don’t wanna tee anyone off and I’m hardly ever in a hurry. Slow is the way, steady is the course.
