I'm not going to download a full report just to find out what constitutes "children" in their results. That's the job of whoever posts something and claims that it's a fact. If you claim something is a fact, it's up to you to support it. Copy and paste the sentences that define "children" in the report. Or don't, and then my supposition is just as valid as yours.
