Well, in this specific case he can't have "antibodies" from the vaccine since he was never vaccinated. Besides, the test is for COVID-19
antigen. But in general, I have the same question as to whether or not the vaccine response can result in false positives on the standard COVID test. For example, 3 out of 4 neighbors who were going on a trip were fully vaccinated but tested positive. Also there is the case of the NY Yankees. Yet the CDC breakthrough rate is only 0.008%, which would totally conflict with the anecdotal info. I could find anything by a (reliable, not conspiracy theory) source.
