My Dad lives in Sun City in an independent living facility so I am there quite often to visit him. I did take a quick tour of SCC at the sales office and have a great deal of literature from them. There was a time that I thought I would want to move there to be closer to Dad, but I just didn't feel that SCC had the ambience that TV has. There is a definite difference in the distinction of character and environment and to me, personally, I wasn't terribly impressed with SCC.

Actually my father's home is right next door to the Winn Dixie and it is not of the same caliber as the supermarkets here. The atmosphere just outside of the community really leaves a lot to be desired. Golf carts share the road with cars and traffic lights. Its just not the "planned community" that TV is.

I feel the general population is not as exciting or fun loving of TV but of course, I haven't lived there so its hard to tell. I'm going strictly by what I see from the outside in. And, I'm not impressed.
