I wondered if this topic would appear here. My on line display had not been available until yesterday when I had time to get to the bank branch. No one with a beneficiary trust transfer on death would display due to duplicate ssn's. (The current account holder and the trust were in the old system with the same ssn.) After a few keystrokes, I was all set. Apparently, the cause of this problem wasn't determined until mid-week or after.
