I usually use the mobile app and that has been and is working ok. I can see my accounts, balances, activity, statement and can do transfers or mobile deposits.
So, if you haven't tried the app yet, perhaps download and give it a try until these website glitches you mention are worked out.
I'm going to go online though today and see what up online.
