I think this is a bad idea.
You would be operating a business, which would require a business license, commercial insurance, and for you to collect and pay Florida rental taxes. Also, the deed restrictions do not allow you to operate a business from your Villages home. If a neighbor complains, you would be shut down. But, the biggest issue for me would be the potential liability if a renter gets injured or injures someone else. I don't think you could charge enough to make it worthwhile.
