The golf course is NOT your personal property. you only have some small area behind your house. ALL the residents pay taxes and the amenity fees. They should be allowed to use an empty golf course as long as they don't abuse it. They should NOT walk on the greens. A golf course IS a lot of space to waste when not used by golfers. ALL residents have to put up with some of the downsides to golf courses - like excess fertilizer runoff into the TV Land lakes, which causes blur-green algae, which produce an unhealthy gas when too plentiful.
