Well, that kinda goes to my point, one can't use a broad brush when painting the atrocities allegedly committed by Snowbirds, some of us are equally invested in TV as the full-timer.
On the flip side, I believe the same broad brush shouldn't be used to color renting Snowbirds as the culprits either. Not all those renting are wo due respect for another's property, just as not all owners have due respect of another's property.
It's probably more like it is with any problem, 5% of the population causing 95% of the problems.
