Allot of people like to get out at night, enjoy the openness, breath the fresh air. I don't know about you, but if I was walking a course at night I would feel much safer being able to see the full circumference of my surroundings, rather than being on a street where someone could be hiding behind a car.
I doubt anyone that backs up to a course would feel unsafe sitting on their lanai seeing two 65 or older ladies taking a stroll, carrying a lantern at night.
They are only utilizing the venue that they too pay for.

I would call Gov DeSantis maybe he could have lunch and sign a bill making it a minimum 5 years incarceration for walking on a golf course.
