So, in you mind (rationalization), it is OK to
VIOLATE the course closed admonition if the course is dry, but not if wet? Did the sign say "course closed unless
YOU feel it is dry enough, or late enough, or simply that you won't get caught"?
Well, at least that is better than those that think it is OK to violate the rules whenever they feel like it.
