Just to vent on my pet peeve, how about speed on the cart paths? The speeders cause the back-ups. They feel they're cool and getting away with something. Enforcement is the solution. It is coming to that. People are getting hurt.
So when change comes there is only a handful of people that drive it and we see it in front of us everyday

The speed on the multi modal paths will never be enforced because they're private property and speeders know they will never be caught and know they couldn't be positively identified if they did cause property damage or injury unless their cart was disabled. Speeding is one thing. It's the passing on blind curves or heavy oncoming traffic that's the problem. We've been here nearly 8 years. Law enforcement presence has dropped significantly since.
