You do not mention the type of house, but in ours (a Gardenia) there is a shared wall with the laundry room, so access to a drain is just beyond the dryer as well as hot and cold water. It may be possible (depends on building code) to run these pipes in the surface of the wall behind the dryer and tapping in to the supplies and drain for the washer. In this case the cost should be fairly low, if you have to go inside the walls I would expect a much higher cost.
