Golf course closed
There is a difference between playing "after hours" and the "course closed".
The golf division realizes that folks play after hours, that is permitted and is allowed.
The course closed means that the course is undergoing additional/extra procedures...
No one should be on the course if it is "closed".
The golf courses are NOT public property .... but taking care of the courses is critical to maintaining them in the condition expected .... paying an amenity fee does not give anyone the right to violate the rules.
