Thanks to everyone who has contributed their thoughts and opinions. Sounds like TV is way more fun, with a younger-at-heart population, and age wise as well.

I think WCI Communities is operating the golf courses at SCC. Is that the company you are referring to? Their web site lists many other retirement communities, mostly in Florida. BK for them would be big news.
