Our house was actually built without the master bedroom window being installed. It finally showed up about two weeks prior to closing. Many houses (ours included) closed without all the appliances being installed. When we moved in (late April) all we had was the cooktop. Three weeks ago we finally got our oven/microwave and two weeks ago we got our range hood. Thankfully we had a summer kitchen installed so we had the grill to cook on.

I notice a lot of new build homes listed for sale are missing appliances.
