I switched this year on Jan 1, 2021.

As the other person stated, it allows you to go Moffet or Shands if the need arises.

Their OTC benefit is greater. Specialists fee is $30 instead of $40 for UHC. They have the same amount of doctors in their network as UHC and never had a problem finding one in network.

I don't see any difference in plans in that I am allowed to use TV Health Center and see the same doctor as when I had UHC.

Customer service is about the same..
