And now it's worse. Just went to Thevillages.com and there were 27 new homes listed 14 of them over $1/2 million. There were actually 611 new homes listed, but 584 had sales pending! There were 439 pre-owned, but 388 were sale pending leaving only 51 available, 29 of which were over $1/2 million, 5 over $1 million, and 2 over $2 million. Pretty much substantiates that they are "selling like hotcakes"
