so....if I'm coming off Moyer Loop, what is the best way to take my cart between:

1. Brownwood square
2. Lake Sumpter square
3. And where can I cross 466A to get to Publix on the opposite side of Colony Plaza?

thanks in advance. it's all a bit daunting...
1. It depends on whether you are at the north or south part of Moyer loop. In either case you need to find the tunnel under Morse then take Pinellas or Hillsborough over to Buena Vista and the Buena Vista Trail south to Brownwood.

2. Find your way to the north part of Moyer loop. Turn north when you get to Morse and follow the Morse Trail north to Lake Sumter

3. When you find the Morse Trail north, one of the first things it will do is cross under 466A in a tunnel. Shortly beyond that you will come to a red light at Colony Blvd. Turn right at the light onto Colony and you will soon be at Publix.

I have the free app but not the other. The free app has a button for Golf Car Directions that will keep you on the authorized roads and paths. Things to keep in mind:
  • - As far as I know, you cannot drive on Buena Vista
  • - You cannot drive on 44, 466, or 466A
  • - You cannot drive on Morse except north of 466 where there are lines designating a golf cart path
  • - You will never be in a traffic circle along with cars. If you find yourself approaching one, look for the sign that says "no golf carts beyond this point" and the golf cart path to one side or the other.
  • - It may seem daunting at first but it's pretty easy to get around after you've tried it once or twice

Confirmation bias is real; I can find any number of articles that say so.
