As previously stated, the 21K lease for the entire year includes all utilities, all taxes, all maintenance, all Villages fees, all bond money, lawn maintenance, all miscellaneous fees and the ability to live in a brand new never lived-in house and the ability to move-in and purchase the exact home when I want. Most importantly, at my age of 63, I can rent here in The Villages until I turn 336 years old (
) before I run out of money, so I feel relatively safe that I will not out-live my money.
