I was watching one of Wingnuts Drone videos last week, and he flew over the area where the new Village of Richmond is going to be located. FYI Richmond will be straight South of Brownwood and SR44.
Can't find much info on it. It's on the board map in the Villages offices, but of course they are tight lipped because they want you buying the ones they've already built, not wait for new areas.
Wondering if there are some Village sleuths that may know more????
