There are quite a few Chipotles in another state where I sometimes reside; I like their flavors/seasonings and cafeteria-style options at convenient locations with quick service and not-too-bad-prices and would love to patronize them, but the chicken at each and every location has consistently been of the squiggly/mystery-meat-looking, fatty, gristle-y & hard-to-chew variety. My incisors have never been sharp enough to break it down; I don't know how people eat it. Conversely, I loved the food and service at Fiesta Grande Mexican Grill in Colony Plaza. Not really a hole-in-the-wall, very nice ambiance IMO.
