Do you really think he will be a big record seller? If so what genre of music do you see him working in? Pop?
You say class of his own? So he'll sell more than Clarkson, Underwood? Doubtful.
I see him as a Broadway star - maybe movies (like J. Hudson). I'm think if you listened to his music with your eyes closed that you wouldn't be as impressed.
I see Kris Allen (maybe even Matt) as having much more Top 40 success potential.
