1. There are SunPass transponders at the Florida Welcome Centers, in vending machines, placed next to kiosks that walk you through setting up an account.
2. I purchased mine using a credit card (at the vending machine). The amount charged was $16.20.
3. My Visa credit card shows the following entry:

4. I bought the transponder with the suction cups.

My son and I were traveling to Bok Tower Gardens and I decided to call SunPass to add another vehicle. The ensuing phone call, all caught on the dashcam, was such a ”comedy” that we nearly drove off the road from laughing so hard - repeatedly (the laughing, not the driving off the road). It stemmed from the artificial intelligence (automated respondent) thinking that we were responding when it was just road noise from driving. Forty minutes of «brute determination» finally got the job done. Yes, we did finally get a human and she was a gem. ������➡️������
