But if a full-timer was occupying my house, you'd have more congestion all year long. Snowbirds don't impact your summertime peace and quiet, they're up north. And in my case, in a locale where it's just as hot and nearly as humid as it is in TV. I pay someone to look after my grounds while I'm away in order to keep it looking high-end. I too love that resort-like look.
