There are a number of real issues that affect residents that will not be discussed candidly in the Daily Sun or VHA Newsletter. As others have noted on this thread, there is a need for a watchdog organization. I'm just glad to see the dog is now more like a Golden Retriever than a pit bull.

Issues discussed included a wind down on the hospital investigation, the IRS bond investigation, comments from a developer rep on the bond issue, the indoor pool, recycling/energy cost conservation, etc.

Kudos to the POA for adopting a more reasonable tone. The message is still there....it just tastes a whole lot better.

Keep up the good work, Mr Gorman.
I am thrilled to hear Village07's assessment of the POA latest Newsletter is so positive. Now I can't wait to read it. I have dreaded opening it in the past. I really respect VO7's opinion. She is always moderate in her thinking and very fair!

I think that it is wonderful that we are all still growing, learning, and changing for the better here, even if we were all pretty smart to begin with. Ain't nuthin' like hanging out with a bunch of savvy, smart, sweet grown ups. I love it here.

Thank you POA, Mr. Gorman and our Nancy!
