Just in the for what it's worth category, replacing the heater in most spas is about a 15 minute job. I understand that some people can't do it because it requires some squatting and bending and also some are just willing to pay for it. There are videos on Youtube as to how it is done. It's not magic

. Just some tools to uncouple the heater from the flow pipes and a couple wires.
