Should make a list of all the atrocities committed by the US and show how horrible it is? Or maybe we accept that the US is not perfect, never has been. perfect, but is trying to be better. Compare Freedom of Speech in the US to almost any country in the world, and it is one of the few remaining categories where the US is in number 1 position.
Also, no RIGHT is unlimited, as Justice Alito said, all rights have limits. In the case of speech, you can not yell fire in a club or movie theater, and sedition is the equivalent of that on a much larger scale.
France goes so far as to have a Dept of Language (something like that) which regulates which WORDS are accepted in the the French Lanague...
