Novice golf cart drivers
I agree that common sense should rule but I remember when we had our life style visit and we rented a cart, we were given no instruction. Many people who have never driven a golf cart don't understand that there are rules just like driving a car. I think all renters should be given a one page "rules of the road sheet" that they have to sign. I remember encountering people driving in the middle of a tunnel not understanding "lanes." As golfers, we were used to a cart but it was obvious to us that alot of people were clueless. In fairness, the first time driving around TV in a golf cart is a little scary.
