Money like this could be better spent ELSEWHERE. If they want to experiment with solar lighting, go to some of the cart paths, or tunnels that are so dark. I am not at all happy with my reps on the Dist. 5 board. Someone needs to hold these poeple accountable for this stuff.

In all respect, I always feel if I am unhappy with board and complaining then i should be running for the board to do a better job. Once again, I'm just saying I understand but only way to make it better is to get involved ourself.
