Turnkey or Empty
We purchased our villa turnkey and gave away most of the furniture. I would look for an empty one, or one that the furniture is available to purchase. A lot of sellers stage their homes but not always include the furniture in the sale. We just bought another home last December which was unfurnished. We move all our furniture to the new home.
