I go to design in 2 weeks. We have decided to build the Mossy Oak plan. One area of concern on the Mossy Oak is the smaller "living room." The values make it look big, but the master bed entrance nearly cuts the room in half. The Mossy Oak does cover us on the need for a 3 bath home.

It is our impression that the design team can work wonders to make things to our liking. So to make sure we have done our due diligence has anyone ever taken a 3/2 home and made it a 3/3?
