We pay them to come here and do not allow law enforcement to enforce the laws of the people. Perfect recipe for the continued degeneration of the quality of life in California. One of many reasons why I bolted.

Feel free to visit, but you definitely don’t want to live there. Spend your money there. The government will just turn around and use it to buy syringes for drug addicts to shoot up under their supervision. Think I’m kidding? Look it up. That really happens.

Ditto to everything you said. The beauty and weather can no longer neutralize the CA government and their crazy policies. We escaped in 2019 and never looked back. Full disclosure, due to business interests there we have to return for a few days every once and a while.
