Some heath care facilities have made vaccine mandatory, but there are more that don't. So far none of my family has worked in a facility that required proof, or had a policy in place demand vaccine, or fired. Like the flu vaccine policy

Many Hospitals are in review, but the worry of staff resigning is also great concern. Those who have chosen not to vaccinate, feel they worked during the entire pandemic, Put their lives and family last, sometimes without proper PPE, and are still standing. When vaccines became available, they have refused.

Have never asked anyone I see at VA if they are vaccinated. However VA has set a mandate, but their lives are what they choose, not what I choose for them.
