I think that by just posting your question, you are well on your way to FSBOing. You will get contacted by people reading this. This is where your ability to deal with — and read — people comes in.
Contact a title company. They used to provide kits for FSBOs. I assume they still do.
Make sure you cover all the legalities.
If you have to advertise, take good pictures.
Do your homework and ask yourself how comfortable, confident, and savvy you feel about dealing face-to-face with potential buyers. Other than the legal stuff, that’s the most important part.
A patio villa will sell fast. Just be sure you know how to price, how to advertise if needed, and how to handle the public. You could get low-ballers and other types of pushy people. But you could also get a nice cash buyer who wants a patio villa.
Put the word out among your neighbors first.
If you are up for it, go for it. I would. But that’s just me.
