I'm fine with other people taking risks for themselves. If you want to walk across the street without looking both ways, and get hit by a car and die, oh well. Sucks to be you. I just hope the driver that wasn't able to stop in time doesn't get a ticket. It's not their fault you chose to play russian roulette with a 180+ horsepower engine.

The thing about the virus though, is that you're not playing russian roulette against yourself. It's more like you're playing spin the bottle, with a loaded gun. If that gun ends up pointed at someone else, you get to live, and they get to die. I don't think anyone likes that game, when the gun is pointed at them.

So go ahead and choose not to vaccinate. If it results in you continuing to be healthy, AND no one else gets sick from any mutated virus that you might possibly pass to someone else, then awesome.

But if it turns out you were positive for a mutated virus, and CHOSE not to vaccinate, and infected someone who ends up dead as a result, I hope they come after you. And I hope you spend the rest of your miserable life wishing you had chosen otherwise.

Yup I'm talking about a 1:1,000,000,000 chance of "you" being that person. As for myself, I'm not willing to end up being that person. I wouldn't want to live with the guilt. So I vaccinated to MINIMIZE RISK.
