The hysteria many on this very board practice are hurting the very people you want to protect. Because of chemo drugs, bone marrow shots and whatever else they have given me, to keep me alive (I thank God for that) has resulted in my medical team advising I do not get the vaccine at this time. I have been yelled at, cursed, one person even spit at me for not being vaccinated and not wearing a mask. I have no desire to enter into discussions about my health a dozen times daily whenever I go out. Anyone who ever had the treatments knows that for a few days after the bone marrow stimulation drug every step hurts and your skull feels like it is going to explode. The LAST thing I want is some self important "Im Vaxxed, I care" person come up and giving me crap. Take care of yourself as best you can. Have compassion for everyone you come across. Don't assume you know what they are up to or dealing with. I have my reasons, young females may be concerned with child birth (My generation may remember the totally safe injection cure for morning sickness) and potential effects of the shot. It is easy to get wrapped in ourselves. Many on here are older (and distinguished I am sure), not having to worry about things younger, or sicker individuals do. I am so troubled by the hostility and division vaccinated and non vaccinated individuals are demonstrating, all pushed forward by the press and government. Keep us at each others throats and we will not realize who the real enemy is.
