I have lived in Polo ridge for 4 years now and never have seen a SCP pull anyone over for speeding. I travel 466, Bono Vista and Southern Trace daily and see speeders continue go 15 - 20 MPH over the Limit. Don't ever get in the way of FedEx or UPS you will be run over as we know. Not to mention the people that don't know they have a turn signal on their car. Its really funny when they put a unmanned patrol car out there and grass goes up under it
