Exactly, same with par 27 courses. Seems just about everyone has a handicap pass to roam anywhere on the golf courses, but they seem to be walking and breathing fine to me. (
Correct, I'm not a doctor).
Seen one of these HC-Pass guys drive his cart up the fairway on a par 3, hit the ball then walk to the green to putt, walks all the way back to his cart. (
about 50 Yards).
