Bought an Ivy (4/2) and did not want a pool/spa/outdoor kitchen like we had in our Tampa house.
We have a lake view and closed in and air conditioned the lanai.
So happy we downsized and simplified our life while still have the room
for a study/t.v. room, and 2 guest rooms.
This is only our 4th house in 39 years so we get attached to our houses.
Never want to move again.
