Not necessarily the logical conclusion. Tuckems IS definitely anti-vaxx propaganda. France is different than the US in that they issued MANDATES for vaccine proof nationwide to enter restaurants, movie theaters, and etc. That is what caused the riots. That news channel that you mentioned is guilty of many lies, but it has relatively little bearing on riots in France.
