....and like many stores that stop making a profit, the businesses fail, just as Katie Belles did.
Don't think using amenity fees to prop up an establishment that would probably tank again, is going to be very popular.
New generations are filling TV with different interests and tastes, KB's may have been the bees knees 15 or so years ago, but should stay as it is now.
A fond memory for some.

Was it a restaurant? Why did it stop being popular with residents of TV? Could it just be the natural order of things, i.e. new squares being built, the population growth in the new areas, etc.
