We did not live here when Katie-Bells was here and can not comment regarding it's effects on Spanish Springs. Agree that there does seem to light foot traffic in the area. On other hand, when we do go to Brownwood, it does seem to us that they have same issue.
Personally I do feel that the proximity of businesses on 27/411 hurts Spanish Springs more than anything else. I can not count how many restaurants are on this road and within 1-2 miles of Spanish Springs,
