There are a bunch of different developments in the town. 55+ by Pulte called Sun City Festival. Tartesso with projected build out of 49,000 units and Verrado with 14,000 units and probably others.

I should mention, Arizona gets too hot for me; but apparently many many people like to stay indoors six month a year.
